  • Absolutely! I host a variety of somatic or yoga workshops. In the past I have offered postpartum recovery, somatic release, rest & recovery, intuitive eating, somatic practices for pelvic health, etc. Please book a private event discovery call or email me to inquire.

  • The base of most somatic techniques are breath, movement and visualizations. Some of the tools used include breathwork, shaking, simple movements, art, journaling, humming, body scans, subconscious belief changes and more. Each session is very unique and customized to your goals and what tools you feel comfort with.
